I saw an add on Facebook for used tires, I messaged and received a prompt response. The service only got better once I arrived to have my two front tires changed. They gave me great pricing for my tires, offered a alignment at a rate better than anywhere else AND took my car in right away to be serviced! Fast, accurate and great customer service! They even inspected other issues I was worried about, free of cost! Definitely a place I will recommend and return for further services! Used Tire Maxx in Chicopee

Some of most Fantastic customer service today!!! Elliot and the other staff were so accommodating and made the experience easy even when I had my card hacked and frozen and card was declined and didn't know @ that time to pay.. They drove me to the bank and helped me with this stressful/embarrassing moment. I highly recommend these guys and Used Tire Maxx in Chicopee. They go ABOVE and BEYOND! Thank you everyone there and I will be back for rear tires soon. :). Suzanne

Needed some tires for my 99 Camry and didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for. Found their store online and sent an email to see if they had what I needed to save time and they replied right away and even called me to let me know. Went right in and was served with no issues. Manager was very friendly and welcoming. They even found that one of my new axles was bad as well and I didn't even know. So I'll be getting that taken care of as well since I have a warranty on it. Customer service at its best! Will definitely recommend to everyone!

Came here for all four tires, great service & good prices!! Found a nail in one of my tires a few weeks later, came back, asked them if they could do anything & they fixed it with no problem! Great place to go for tires!

It is overwhelming when it comes to finding just one place to do business with considering there are so many to choose from however I believe I have found that one place. I frig'n hate going to "guy" places because it always seems like they can't wait to talk some woman into buying something she doesn't need but I didn't find that with these guys. I thought I would be there all day with out making an appointment but that wasn't the case either. I seriously would recommend this place especially if your in a hurry and you don't have a lot of money.
